Man From Nowhere: If you take the brain of a beat maker, a jazz musician, and a lover and composer of new music, and combine them in to one super-mind, you get Man From Nowhere.
Reconstruction: A breaking down of materials followed by the reconstruction of those materials, sometimes with the introduction of new materials, to create new works. Not the same but similar to a remix. Man From Nowhere's first reconstruction, finished in 2003, was of three pieces by composer Edgard Varèse, Ionization, Poème Électronique, and Hyperprisme. Only materials from the recordings of the pieces were used. No new materials were introduced. |
